INGREDIENTS:
2 cup Kabuli Chole
¼ Cup boondi
¼ Cup water
½ Cup yogurt
¼ Tsp cumin & coriander powder
¼ Tsp salt
1 Tbsp coriander leaves
METHOD:
- Take a ½ cup curd in a bowl. Whisk till it gets the smooth texture.
- Add ¼ cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Add salt, ¼ tsp coriander & ¼ tsp cumin seeds powder. Mix well.
- Add ¼ cup salted boondi, 1tbsp coriander and mix well. Serve immediately.
